Reminder - Bilateral settlement of subscription rights transactions

This afternoon the Norwegian Central Securities Depository (VPS) reminded its settlement participants that transactions in subscription rights shall not be netted nor cleared, but shall be settled bilaterally. Tomorrow, Friday 22 February, Norwegian Air Shuttle's subscription rights will be listed at Oslo Børs. The instrument is expected to be fairly liquid. Preferential rights issue Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA

With reference to Oslo Børs' notification on NewsWeb today 21st February 2019 regarding the preferential rights issue Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA. The subscription rights will be listed from 22nd February through 6th March 2019.

Please note that transactions in subscription rights will not be netted and cleared by a central counterparty (CCP). Transactions must be settled bilaterally with the respective counterparties. Please remember to register the correct counterparty in the settlement instructions before sending them to VPS. We recommend that the participants send their settlement instructions to VPS within 20:00 on trade date.

Last settlement day for the subscription rights is 8th March 2019. All unsettled transactions after settlement cycle 2 on this day will be rejected.
