Håvard S. Abrahamsen, President & CEO

Håvard S. Abrahamsen took up his position as President and Chief Executive Officer of Oslo Børs on 26 April 2019. He was formerly a partner in PwC, a position he had held from 2002. During the period 2010-2018 he was CEO of PwC Norway. For the past five years, he was part of PwC's global board. Prior to his time in PwC, he spent eight years on Oslo Børs, most recently as Vice President Shares. Håvard is a business economics graduate from BI Norwegian Business School and has a higher auditing degree from Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration. He was deputy chairman for two years and chaired the board of the The Norwegian Institute of Public Accountants for two years from 2008-2012. Håvard is currently a board member of Verdipapirsentralen and Fish Pool.

Thomas Borchgrevink, EVP Surveillance and Operations

Thomas Borchgrevink is responsible for Market Surveillance and Operations. He has worked on the stock exchange since 1998 and has over the years had various responsibilities within the exchange’s regulatory area. Thomas Borchgrevink joined the management team in 2011. Previously he worked as a consultant for Storebrand. Borchgrevink has an MSc in Business and Administration from the Bodø Graduate School of Business.

Øivind Amundsen, EVP Primary Market

Øivind Amundsen is Executive Vice President responsible for the business area Primary Market. He came to Oslo Børs in 2010 as head of the legal departement. He has former positions as partner in the lawfirm Selmer working with Public Equity Capital Transactions and Executive Vice President Corporate Affairs in KLP. Prior to this he worked, among others, several years as lawyer in the legal department with Oslo Børs. Amundsen is Cand. jur from the University in Bergen, Authorized Financial Analyst from The Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration in addition to higher officer from the Norwegian Naval Academy.

Kjetil Nysæther, EVP Information Technology

Nysæther took up his position in 2010. He has been with Oslo Børs since 1998 and was formerly Vice President for IT Systems and Development. Prior to joining Oslo Børs he worked for KLP Insurance. Nysæther has a Master of Science (MSc) in Engineering Cybernetics.

Per Eikrem, Project leader

Eikrem has been with Oslo Børs since 2001. Prior to joining Oslo Børs he was the Information Director of NetCom, and his previous appointments include working as Head of Information for Aker RGI and as a journalist on Finansavisen and Reuters. Eikrem was EVP Corporate Communications and head of the other staff areas at Oslo Børs until November 2019. He is a business economics graduate of the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration.

Øyvind Skar, EVP Information Services

Øyvind Skar is responsible for the Information Services department. He has been with Oslo Børs since 2000 with various responsibilities within the business area, and has been head of the department since 2008. He joined the management team in 2013. Skar holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Trondheim Business School.

Tom Kristoffersen, EVP Secondary Market

Tom Kristoffersen is responsible for the the secondary market at Oslo Børs. He joined Oslo Børs 1 November 2013 from ØKOKRIM (The Norwegian National Authority for Investigation and Prosecution of Economic and Environmental Crime), where he was a special investigator. Tom Kristoffersen previously worked at Carnegie for over 18 years, mainly as the COO. Prior to this, he worked at Christiania Bank (Nordea) for 15 years, where he was mainly involved with the securities market. In addition, he has held a number of appointments related to the securities market over many years. Tom Kristoffersen is an authorised securities broker, and also has qualifications in banking.
