Oslo Børs has resolved to delist EMAS Offshore Limited

Oslo Børs has passed the following resolution:

«Oslo Børs considers that EMAS Offshore Limited, issuer of shares with ISIN SG1AD2000008, is not suitable for listing on Oslo Børs, and has resolved to delist the shares from trading from 17 June 2019, cf. section 12-3 (1) of the Securities Trading Act and section 15.1 of the Continuing Obligations. The last listing date for the Company’s shares will be 14 June 2019.»

This decision can be appealed to the Stock Exchange Appeals Committee within two weeks, cf. the Securities Trading Regulations section 12-5.

A brief summary of the case:

Oslo Børs is of the opinion that EMAS Offshore Limited is not in a position to comply with its obligations and therefore not suitable for listing on Oslo Børs. Failure to pay fees in accordance with the general business terms and conditions of Oslo Børs is a breach of the continuing obligations, and the company does no longer satisfy the exchange’s conditions and rules.
