The Board of Oslo Børs approves a transfer of Sevan Drilling from Oslo Axess to Oslo Børs

The Board of Oslo Børs today approved a transfer of the shares in Sevan Drilling ASA from listing on Oslo Axess to listing on Oslo Børs.

At its meeting on 25 January 2012, the Board of Directors of Oslo Børs made the following resolution:

The Board resolved to admit shares in Sevan Drilling ASA to listing on Oslo Børs. The Board stipulated that prior to the first day of listing the company must publish an approved prospectus.

The Board authorized the Chief Executive Officer of Oslo Børs to fix the date of the first day of listing, which is to be no later than 9 March 2012.

Sevan Drilling ASA is an international offshore drilling contractor specializing in the ultra deepwater (UDW) segment. The Company owns and operates two UDW drilling units. Sevan Driller has been operating under a 6-year charter contract with Petrobras since June 2010 off the coast of Brazil. Sevan Brasil is currently under construction and scheduled for commencement of a six-year charter contract with Petrobras in Brasil in the second quarter of 2012.
