Membership terms
Membership at Oslo Børs may be granted Norwegian and foreign investment companies authorised to operate as an investment firm in Norway or in their country of origin, both on behalf of clients and/or themselves.
Non-regulated companies may also be granted membership if they meet certain criteria.
The actual procedures and requirements for the membership application and process will in other words vary with where the company is located, if they are trading as a principal or on the behalf of a client, as well as their regulatory status.
