The strategic partnership with the London Stock Exchange Group
Oslo Børs and the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) signed in March 2009 a strategic partnership agreement, meaning that the two exchanges will collaborate on market and product development across the equities, fixed income and derivatives markets. Oslo Børs migrated in April 2010 to the TradElect trading platform owned and developed by the LSEG. Within the framework of its collaboration with LSEG’s subsidiary Turquoise, Oslo Børs in December 2009 migrated derivatives trading to the SOLA platform.
In the fall of 2011 Oslo Børs decided it will be moving its equity and fixed income trading onto the London Stock Exchange Group’s (LSEG) Millennium Exchange trading platform.
