1/2010: Minor amendments to the Bond Rules and the ABM Rules

1 Background
Oslo Børs plans to implement the new trading platform (TradElect) 15 February 2010. In order to adjust the issuers’ rules accordingly, some minor amendments of editorial nature have been made to the rules.
The new set of rules also takes into account that the financial supervisory authority of Norway on 21 December 2009 changed its name from Kredittilsynet to Finanstilsynet.
Attached please find updated versions of the rules with track-changes. The rules will from 15 February 2010 be available at http://www.oslobors.no/ob_eng/Oslo-Boers/Regulations/The-Issuer-Rules (the Bond Rules) and http://www.osloabm.no/abm_eng/Oslo-ABM/Regulations/Issuer-Rules (the ABM Rules).
2 Time of implementation
The new set of rules will come into force simultaneously with the implementation of TradElect.
