In cooperation with Cision, Oslo Børs can offer broader range of services for the distribution of both regulatory information and other announcements. In addition to distribution through Oslo Børs Distribution Network, Cision can offer disclosure to the media and finance market, as well as advanced information and IR-services.
Level 2
This standardised option gives you access to CisionPoint, a more advanced tool for communication and disclosure to the media and finance market. In addition to Level 1 content, the package includes:
- Plan: a tool for managing your contacts
- Predefined lists of media and finance representatives in the Nordic region
- Connect: a mailout tool allowing an unlimited number of e-mail disseminations
- Wire Nordic, an extended network of news agencies in the Nordic region
- Website Network, your news will be published on a various Nordic websites such as NA24.no and Hegnar Online
- Publication at Cision Newsroom where news about your company can be subscribed to
Level 3
The third option is tailored to your requirements as a company with advanced information disclosure and investor relations requirements. You have access to the services in options 1 and 2 above, including CisionPoint, and also access to services such as:
- The entire Cision media and finance database. The database contains detailed information with e-mail addresses, postal addresses, phone and fax numbers plus www addresses to analysts, editorial desks, senior editors, reporters and correspondents and the areas they cover. The database includes a total of over 45,000 contacts in the Nordic countries.
- IR-modules for your website such as simultaneous publication of disclosed information via CisionPoint, subscription function, share price graph and calendar
- Disseminations through Cision’s international networks such as Wire USA, Asia or Europe or specific sector channels
