The listing process
The formal process for admission to listing is as follows:
- The prospectus for the issue is submitted to Oslo Børs, normally by the manager of the issue
- Oslo Børs reviews the prospectus and gives written notice of the result of this approval process
- The issue documentation is published and application is made for the issue to be listed
- The issue is admitted to listing (no earlier than the day after the issue is subscribed).
Efficient inspection of the prospectus
Oslo Børs carries out an efficient, but nonetheless thorough, inspection of the prospectus for an issue. We may take up to five working days to provide our response to the first draft of a prospectus, but we normally respond significantly more quickly.
Guidance and advice
We do everything possible to provide helpful guidance and advice, both before and during the process of admission to listing.
