Tandberg Storage delisting from Oslo Børs

Pursuant to section 25, first subsection of the Stock Exchange Act ("Børsloven"), cf the Oslo Børs' Continuing Obligations section 15.1, first subsection, Oslo Børs has on 4 May 2009 made the following resolution:

The shares in Tandberg Storage ASA will be delisted from listing on Oslo Børs. Last day of listing will be 4 May 2009.
