Lot sizes - size and changes
A lot size at Oslo Børs shall, according to Norex Member Rules no 5.4, be equivalent to NOK 10 000. Lot sizes are revised every quarter given there are no special events requiring more freqvent changes, i e split/reverse split. A company disclosure regarding the changes, will be sent out 3-4 days prior to/and the same day as the canges enter into force.
Notification requirements
Disclosure concerning, large shareholdings or trading done by officers and employees of issuing companies, shall be sent by email to department for Equities and Market Administration (+47 22341945): ma@oslobors.no
