Telecomputing ASA delisting from Oslo Børs

Telecomputing ASA has in letter dated 20th January 2010 pursuant to continuing Obligations section 15.1 (4) cf Stock Exchange Act section 25 (1), applied for delisting of the company's shares from Oslo Børs.

The administration at Oslo Børs has on 2nd Februarymade the following resolution:
The shares in Telecomputing ASA will be delisted from listing on Oslo Børs.

Last day of listing will be Friday, February 5th 2010.

The Board of Oslo Børs admits two new companies to listing

At its meeting on 28 January 2010, the Board of Directors of Oslo Børs resolved to admit shares in IDEX ASA and in North Energy ASA to listing on Oslo Axess.
